S D Newbury was appointed as the main contractor, through a recommendation as the main contractor for this prestigious bespoke house build.
We took on the site after it had all been cleared following the demo of fire damaged house.
We worked closely with the owner on the type of materials and look she was trying to achieve, with exterior oak weatherboarding, reclaimed Victorian bricks and clay roof tiles. Also working closely with the owners mechanical and electrical aspect of the build, which included rainwater harvesting/ solar panels and a large wood burner that supplied the heating and hot water.
